We care about your privacy, but we also care about your time. That is why we have prepared an abbreviated version of the most important privacy-related rules for you.

- By creating an account in our online shop, editing your profile, placing orders, contacting us, subscribing to our newsletter, you are providing us with your personal data and we guarantee that your data will remain confidential, secure and will not be shared with any third parties without your express consent.

- We use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, which collect anonymous information about your visit to the shop, such as the pages you have viewed, the time you have spent on the site or the transitions between pages.

- We use marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel to target you with advertising.

- Social features may appear in the shop, such as buttons for sharing content on social networks, likeboxes, or material embedded from external websites. The use of these functions requires the acceptance of cookies from third parties such as Facebook, Twitter or Google.

- We use cookies so that you can use the shop comfortably and the content in the shop is tailored to your interests, needs and expectations.

The controller of your personal data within the meaning of the data protection regulations is

The purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data are indicated separately for each purpose of processing (see provisions below for a detailed description of the various purposes of processing).

In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

1. the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,

2. the right to object to the processing,

3. the right to data portability,

4. the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose if you have previously given such consent,

5. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, in relation to our processing of your personal data.

You can exercise the above rights in accordance with the principles described in Articles 16 - 21 of the DPA by contacting us at the email address detailed in the heading of this policy. We may deny you some of the rights set out above in circumstances where the exercise of a particular right would conflict with the legitimate purpose of our processing. For example, we may refuse to allow you to delete personal data contained in an order you have placed until the statute of limitations for claims under a contract concluded through the shop has expired.  

Your provision of personal data is always voluntary, but necessary in order to create an account on the website, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, contact us, issue sales documents, carry out shipping, make a complaint.

We guarantee you the confidentiality of any personal data you provide to us. We ensure that all security and data protection measures required by data protection legislation are taken. Personal data is collected with due care and is adequately protected against access by unauthorised persons.

We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

User account

When setting up a user account in the shop, you will need to enter your basic details, such as your e-mail address, and a password. 

You can modify your account details at any time using the options available when you log in to your account.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in your user account is the performance of the shop account contract you conclude with the administrator on the basis of the shop regulations.

Your personal data contained in your user account is processed for the duration of the account, i.e. for the duration of the shop account agreement referred to above. You can decide to delete your account at any time, which will also result in your personal data being deleted from the database. Please note, however, that deletion of your account does not result in the deletion of data concerning orders placed through the shop.

Placing an order

When placing an order via the shop, you must provide the personal data necessary to process the order, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the delivery address of your order. It is also necessary to provide additional data, such as information about your business activity, including your VAT ID number. If you have previously entered such data in your user account, this data will be automatically substituted into the order form and you always have the option to modify it.

The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in your order is the performance of the sales contract you conclude on the basis of the shop regulations.

The data provided on the order form will be recorded in the shop's database and stored there until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the sales contract concluded through the shop. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details such as date of order, subject and value of the order, selected method of delivery and payment are also recorded.

Invoices

If we invoice you in connection with your order, we process your personal data for this purpose to the extent necessary to issue the invoice and make the delivery. The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all invoices issued are included in the accounting documentation and your data will therefore naturally be processed as part of this documentation for the period of time required by law.

Returns and complaints

If you make a complaint about the products you have purchased, you provide us with the data contained in the complaint form and we process this data for the purpose of the complaint procedure.

The legal basis for processing your data in this case is the fulfilment of our legal obligations in connection with the complaints procedure.

Complaint forms are archived by us. The fact that a complaint has been lodged is also recorded in the shop system.

Newsletter

Through the shop you can subscribe to a newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to the shop. For the purpose of sending the newsletter, your personal data in terms of name and e-mail address are processed.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent given by ticking the relevant checkbox when signing up for the newsletter. You can withdraw such consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Data is processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which will result in your data being deleted from the database.

Email contact

When you contact us by e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender address of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal data in the body of the message.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is your consent following the initiation of contact with us.

Your personal data provided to us in the context of e-mail contact is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The content of the correspondence may be subject to archiving.

Recovery of abandoned baskets

Our shop is equipped with an abandoned basket recovery mechanism. This means that if you complete an order form but do not complete the transaction, you will receive an email reminder to complete your order. For the purpose of this procedure, your personal data related to the unfinished order is processed.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

Our shop, like almost all other websites, uses cookies to give you the best experience of using the shop.

Cookies are small textual information stored on your terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) that can be read by my ICT system.

Cookies allow us to:

- ensure that your shop functions as you expect it to,

- remember your login to your user account every time you visit the shop,

- remember your settings during and between visits to the shop,

- improve the speed and security of the shop experience,

- enable you to share content on social networks,

- enable you to play content from external services,

- improve the functions available to you in the shop,

- use marketing tools,

- target you with personalised advertising.

When you first visit the site, you will be shown a notice about the use of cookies. Accepting and closing this notice means that you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

Own cookies

Cookies can be divided into own and third-party cookies. As far as our own cookies are concerned, we use them for the proper functioning of the shop and in particular for the following purposes:

- the correct functioning of the shopping basket and the order process,

- determining whether you are logged in or not,

- remembering your login,

- to note that you have accepted the terms and conditions and have given your marketing consent.

Third-party cookies

Our shop, like most modern websites, uses functions provided by external services such as Facebook or YouTube.

The playback of YouTube-embedded videos visible on the website is linked to the acceptance of YouTube cookies.

The use of the widget, which allows you to share content on social networks, is combined with the acceptance of cookies from Facebook and other social networks.

Third-party cookies are also used as part of the remarketing and statistical activities mentioned below.

Cookies used for statistical purposes

We use cookies to track shop statistics such as the number of visitors to the shop, the type of operating system and browser used to browse the shop, the time spent in the shop, the sub-pages of the shop visited etc. We use Google Analytics, HotJar, Mixpanel for this purpose. The information collected in this regard is completely anonymous and does not allow you to be identified.

Marketing

We use cookies to carry out remarketing activities by presenting you with advertisements to encourage you to return to the site or take advantage of some promotion, discount, etc. We also use Facebook, Google, ROI Hunter, Live Chat to target ads to you.

Additional tracking tools

The shop engine is equipped with a plug-in to observe you as a user visiting the shop and to save a history of recently visited items.

Server logs

The use of the shop involves sending requests to the server on which the shop is stored. Each query sent to the server is recorded in the server logs. 

The logs include, among other things, your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the web browser and the operating system you are using. The logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in the server logs is not associated with specific users of the website and is not used by us to identify you.

The server logs are only ancillary material for the administration of the website and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the server.
